Facility Capabilities

Hot-dip galvanizing a horse structure

Lifting Capacity: 15,000 lb

We have worked on some of the largest infrastructure projects in the Pacific Northwest and our shop is capable of lifting major bridge parts and industrial steel construction components. With the capacity to lift 15,000 lbs, we can safely dip and move major structures throughout our 18,000 sq ft shop. We offer on-site and in-house consultations from start to end for your galvanizing project. Please contact us and we will get you on the right track to the successful completion of your next project.

Kettle Dimensions: 31 ft (L) x 5.4 ft (W) x 6 ft (D)

Our galvanizing kettle is one of the deepest and widest in the Pacific Northwest. That means that we can complete most projects in just one dip. For even larger-scaled parts, we can easily double-dip and get the job done. We are pushing the boundaries of single-dip galvanizing projects; giving engineers more freedom in design.

Sulphuric Acid Pickling Tanks: 3

Pickling is an important step in the galvanizing process. With our three sulphuric acid pickle tanks working in rotation, our turn-over of projects is more efficient than most operations. This means we are better equipped to meet your deadlines and get your project done.
